Middle Eastern food is definitely one of my favorite things to eat in the world.
So for the next installment of my project, I made a small Lebanese mezze, a Middle Eastern assortment of small dishes of salads, rice, dips, etc. For my selection, I made fattoush (bread salad), tabbouleh (a salad made with bulgur), and a dip made from squash and tahini. We also had hummus and pita to accompany the rest of the meal.
